ATHAN TIME (Exception Cases)

Some Masjids want to display 3 timings – Salah (start), Athan and Iqamah timings. Athan timings are an exception, by default, Masjidal supports the Salah (start) and Iqamah timings.

If you want to display the Athan timings, please follow the steps below.

Please note that the Athan timings are only supported on limited prayer timing screen (see below). Website widgets and Athan+ phone app will not display the Athan timings.

*Subscription needed to enable this feature. Start your 15-day free trial now.

Click on Other under the Timings section in the left navigation bar. Then select the Athan Timings tab, and turn on the toggle button for Display Athan time…

Then, enter the offsets for each salah and click save:

Note: Offsets are the number of minutes Athan is called before Iqamah time for each prayer.

For example, if Athan is called 10 minutes before Fajr Iqamah, enter 10 for Fajr. The system will automatically display the actual time for Athan based on Iqamah. When Iqamah time changes, system will automatically adjust Athan time to reflect that.

To display the timings on the TV screen, click on the Al-Iqamah tab under Settings and then select “Gray (Premium)” for the timing screen. Click the save button to reflect the changes on the screen.
