Deault Icons & Custom Buttons for your ATHAN+ Phone App

Bring your Masjid’s content to users with ease. Athan+ lets you add buttons to your app that instantly connect users to important pages like Events, Donation, and the Monthly Timetable. With just a few clicks, you can enable default icons or create custom buttons tailored to your Masjid’s needs. Whether it’s volunteer signups, live streams, or special announcements, these buttons keep your community engaged. Everything is easy to set up from the Athan+ dashboard—no technical skills required.

Default Icons (premium feature)

You can add the 3 default icons to redirect users to specific webpages, including Events, Donation, and Monthly Timetable. These buttons will show up on the bottom of the users screen. 

To add these, go into the Athan+ section in the sidebar. Paste the corresponding link into the text boxes. If you use the masjidal donation platform, you do not need to add anything for donation URL. It will show up automatically. For monthly timetable, click select theme.

Custom Buttons (premium feature)

In addition to the default icons, you can add upto 3 custom buttons to redirect users to specific webpages such as volunteer signup, special donation request, live streaming and so on to enhance your Masjid listing on the Athan+ app.

To add a custom button, click on the Add button on the same Athan+ page.

Button Label – Enter the label for the button. Best practice is to keep it short and in uppercase.

URL – Enter the URL of the webpage for the users to be directed to. Do not enter anything else besides the full URL.

Schedule – Entering the Start Date for the button is mandatory. End Date is optional. 

Click the Save button to save the button.
