Automatically Synching the Time on the Signage Player

In some cases, the current time on the Signage Player might be out of sync. If that happens, please click on the button to download the NTP app and save it on a USB drive. Then plug that USB into the signage player and install the app. After the installation, click on the NTP app to launch and set the settings exactly how its in the screenshot below. Launch the Al-Iqamah app after that and timings should be automatically synched going forward.

STEP 1 – Download the NTP App

STEP 2 – Plug in the USB into the Signage Player and install the NTP App

 

STEP 3 – Launch the NTP App, give it teh required permission if needed and click on the settings icon in the NTP App and set them as below:

 

STEP 4 – Launch the Al-Iqamah app. Time should automatically be synched going forward Inshallah.
